ORLEY DOES HONG KONG: DAY ONE

After a little (okay, a lot of) skyline gazing, it was onto the ferry across the water for lunch at the bottom of the IFC building—a full dim sum meal at Tim Ho Wan complete with stacks of dumplings and sweet beef buns.

After taking in the HSBC building (Matthew, already dubbed our unofficial tour guide for the trip, told us it was the most expensive built at the time, clocking in at $1 billion), we grabbed a taxi to Wan Chai to check out hipster-tinged shops like Delstore, F.I.L. and Monocle on pedestrian-only streets.
