    2 oz Aged Rum (Bacardi 8)­ 2 Barspoons Banana Liqueur
    1 Barspoon Honey syrup
    2 dashes Chocolate bitters
    Pinch of salt
    One> Add a pinch of salt to a room-temperature rocks glass.
    Two> Add the chocolate bitters and stir a little to dissolve the salt.
    Three> Add the rest of the ingredients and stir more.
    Four> Add a large piece of ice to glass, making sure the liquid doesn’t pour over the sides.
