    2 oz. Wild Turkey Bourbon
    0.25 oz. Laphroaig Scotch
    Lemon juice
    Ginger honey syrup (Mix 2 big roots of peeled ginger with 1 cup of hot water. Push through a cheesecloth and mix liquid with 3 cups of honey.)
    Egg whites
    one> Separate the egg white from the yolk and drop the whites into your shaker.
    two> Add bourbon, scotch, lemon and ginger honey syrup.
    three> Shake without ice; then re-shake with ice.
    four> Double strain into coupe.
