    ½ oz Creme de Cacao
    ¼ oz Dimmi
    ½ oz Heavy Cream
    1 egg white
    ½ oz Orange Juice
    1½ oz Peroni Nastro Azzurro
    Fresh Nutmeg
    Mint
    one> Add the Creme de Cacao, Dimmi, egg white, orange juice and Peroni into a tin and dry shake.
    two> Add the heavy cream and wet shake with ice.
    three> Pour into a highball glass and add pebble ice.
    four> Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg and fresh mint.
