    1 oz. Tamarind Cordial
    ¼ oz. Lemon Juice
    ¼ oz. Morris Preserved Lemon Syrup
    ½ oz. Aquafaba
    Bitters
    Kumquat
    Watermelon Radish
    one> In a cocktail shaker, shake all ingredients vigorously with ice.
    two> Double strain into a cocktail glass.
    three> Garnish with a lime twist, a think slice of kumquat, and watermelon radish wedge.
