A beautiful spring weekend calls for one delicious #covcocktail. This time around, we’re serving up “The Cobblestone” from our friends at @parkhyattchicago. Here’s how to make it:
2 oz Knob Creek Rye
1.5 oz Apricot Purée
1 oz @rareteacellar Champagne Peach Shrub
Mint Spring
Powdered Sugar
One> Combine liquid ingredients in a tin.
Two> Give it a hard shake and strain into a rocks glass with crushed ice.
Three> Garnish and enjoy.
