    1.5oz Leblon
    .75oz Fresh Pineapple
    .75oz Giffard Banana
    .5oz Lemon
    .5oz Giffard Passionfruit
    One > Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with 2 cubes of ice.
    Two > Shake well.
    Three > Strain into a tall glass.
    Four > Fill the remainder of the glass with crushed ice.
    Five > Top with a float of Peychauds (it should be strong red line at the top).
    Six > Another small dome of crushed ice and a generous sprig of mint.
